Winter
The feeling you get on Christmas morning when you look outside and theres a fresh blanket of fluffy, white snow is, without a doubt, one of the best feelings out there. But, considering this, why is winter so depressing? You feel so sluggish, so depressed all winter long. The days seem to drag on, you never seem to get enough sleep, you need to drink more and more coffee to stay awake. School gets more annoying by the day. Why can't it be like when we were kids? Where you play outside all day long once it snows. You build these amazing snow tunnels in the big piles that the snow plows push away; and, can't forget the giant snowman that your daddy helped you build. When you go sledding for hours on end then come home and drink hot cocoa that your mom made for you- feeling the warm chocolate drink going down your throat and hitting your stomach. It warms you from the inside out. I miss the feeling of coming inside and your fingers burn because they're so cold from being outside. Man, I really do miss being a kid.
