New Years Resolution

My New Years Resolution is to get healthier. Eating more fruits and vegetables, rather than Taco Bell or McDonalds. It's not going to be easy, because I do work at McDonalds... But it would mean a lot to me to get to a healthier weight. My mother and I decided to go on a diet last year, but I gave up by the second week. This year's different. I'm going to stick to it- cutting out fast food and sodas. I'm going to work out and run each day after school. I'll have to start out slow, by running for 20 minutes each day then eventually moving it up to 30, and so on.  It'll be very hard for me, but it'll also make me feel a lot more energized and happy with myself. "Loving yourself is hard, but it's the first step to happiness."
